Where an account is suspended pending investigation, funds held in the account balance will be preserved during the review period. Where no breach is confirmed, any remaining eligible balance will be returned to the user through their registered payment method.
Users may request voluntary closure of their account at any time by contacting support. Before closure is completed, any pending bets will be settled according to their normal outcome, and any remaining eligible real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be removed at the time of closure.
